Bruce Springsteen - The Album Collection Vol. 1

I love this set. Every single lp is quiet and flat and the sound is the best I've heard these albums. I'm not really an audiophile but I've always found the sound of these records whether on lp or cd to be very dense (like they're mixed for am radio... See full review

This is a great sounding pressing of a great unsung album - and relatively easy to find for cheap. Also can I just say that “Poor Old Tom” is a beautiful and moving piece of work…a great song! It’s a nice companion to “Wharf Rat” by the Grateful Dead.

This is a great album. If you're a Wall Of Voodoo fan you must immediately listen to Talking Wall Of Voodoo Blues Pt.1!

Just bought this one - and after months of being obsessed with it on Spotify it sounds so much better on vinyl. This pressing sounds great. There’s lots of depth, the instruments sound full and the choir parts just float out of the speakers.

Just found this in a used bin for 15 bucks and I am blown away at what a great pressing this is! The bass guitar jumps out…vocals and percussion pop as well.

Hilarious. It took 5 minutes to get it out! Lucky I had an extra mo-fi sleeve. Sounds amazing though - a great pressing.

The pressing sounds great. My copy is flat and very quiet. The new mix of the songs just pops. I look forward to spending some time with the bonus songs. Very happy with this package!

I see this is in the Vinyl Me Please box set. Does that mean they will be sold individually? I've just discovered this album and it's incredible!

Just bought this and it sounds fantastic to my ears (it’s also flat and quiet). It’s a pretty impressive package for the price. It’s a gatefold with poly-lined inner and even comes with the booklet. I have to say I’m very impressed with these Rhino reissues. See full review

This might be a totally nerdy thing but I like how there’s a paper insert with the full size original album covers (Holland and Carl and The Passions). I slipped the Holland cover into the front of my plastic outer sleeve so it looks like the original... See full review

Sounds great. Got the last copy in my local store (even though I didn’t go in until noon). Is it my imagination or does each RSD seem a little less popular than the last one?

I’m new to the party with this band (I don’t know how I missed them in the 80’s) but I love this record! And the pressing sounds great (the sleeve is really thin though).

This pressing sounds just
great to my ears. David Lindley’s violin (or “fiddle” as he’s credited with) on the song For A Dancer just floats out out of the speakers.

Mine sounds good…flat and quiet. Maybe just lucky I guess….especially since I found it today (Sunday). It seems like there were a lot of unsold titles still available the day after RSD. They had a bunch of unsold copies of the Steely Dan release.

This pressing has grown on me. At first I was disappointed because it seemed a little tinny and sibilant...but it’s not that different from the CD I have. The more I listen to the vinyl the more I like it.

I'm also noticing this lp is suddenly available everywhere (on Yep Roc) as of Spring 2021 and I'm wondering if it's a new pressing or just the same crappy one that came out in 2011 on Yep Roc. As everyone has noted that one was unlistenable (I gave my... See full review

This pressing sounds great. The problem is that the album I bought had sides 3 and 4 of Quadrophenia as the 2nd disc. When I took it back to the store we opened another copy and that one also had Quadrophenia as the second disc. Completely changes the story! 😉 See full review
