Midnight Interlude is a lovely slice of boogie soul, nice early doors tune to warm up a disco dancefloor.

This album still stands up nicely, solid house music, with a slight leftfield edge that adds a shade of darkness to this. Vocals and keys used carefully.so they are not formulaic, but add tension rather than cheese.

Absolutely blinding collection of tunes. Bob Stanley's comps on Ace have always been high quality, but I think this one is the best yet. Toni Esposito and Annette Peacock tunes are early favourites but there isn't a duff track.

Cracking ep of downtempo, abstract and smoky beats. Got a nice groove throughout. Insane this is so cheap - check the videos and buy.

How is it different? It's the same tracks, just on yellow vinyl? If you buy for music rather than resale no-one would be disappointed?

I agree - I had a quick listen online to a couple of releases and wasn't sold. Playing catch up now. Tracks like these, Cherrystones, Alex Le Fan etc... are incredible. Like Finders Keepers fallen into an 80's Italo K-hole.

Mine is the same - bought from Piccadilly in Manchester. Also has DL postcard insert for full 6 track digital version.

Great tote bag with the album too. Heavy weight, good size, can easily carry 30/40 records.

A side is really below par for Persies. A1 is messy and A2 is awful. Was gonna list for sale after playing them... then flipped to B side. 2 quality afro edits that me a this well worth holding onto. Hope the label carries on in the style of B side...

As has been mentioned this is a terrible pressing 4MWB's really are a wack outfit. Picked up a copy cheapish, but sold it very soon after as it was pointless to own as it was annoying to listen to.
