2 x 45 reissue in Neville Brody sleeve

Hi All,
I'm about to submit a reissue of "2 x 45" which came in a normal LP sleeve designed by Neville Brody. I'm pretty sure I picked this up new in the late 1980s, but does anyone know the exact year this was reissued?
