This package will include the following services :
Open your Touch Stay account
Set up the Template
Build out your first guidebook
Assist with the Integration of your Touch Stay account with your Airbnb or PMS
Set up scheduled guest messages with unique guidebook links sent to guests via text/email/Airbnb/PMS inbox.
Handover notes with relevant links to the Touch Stay Knowledge Base to help you edit your guidebook in the future.

2. Basic Custom Digital Guide Creation - Starting at $399 AUD for the first guide
Say goodbye to the stress of guest information with a custom digital guide! Packed with everything your guests need—property details, photos, videos, local tips, interactive maps —it’s all wrapped up in your branding, colours, logo, and style. Easy, stylish, and totally you! With all the essentials covered, your guests are equipped with clear, helpful information presented in a professional, polished way. Once your digital guide is complete, I'll provide handover notes to help you edit it. Note:this only includes the guide set-up. If you require any other services, such as Integrations, message setup, please see the Full Package price above.
3a. Additional Digital Guide in the same account where I've set up the account and built the first guidebook - From $250 AUD (Pricing depends on the amount of customised property information, images to load and is for properties in the same location)
I set up your account to make it easy to create additional digital guides for properties in the same area. These will include customised details specific to each property while maintaining the same high-quality design. Additional guidebooks for properties in a different location, which will require a separate Local Area Guide, will attract an additional $150
3b. Additional Digital Guide in account where I have NOT set up the account and built out the first guide: From $350 (pricing depends on the amount of property information and images to load and is for properties in the same location)
In this instance, I'll require some time, typically a couple of hours, reviewing the set-up of the account, tools currently used, account tags, and use of field codes before I commence work on the new property/guidebook. Additional guidebooks for properties in a different location, which will require a separate Local Area Guide, will attract an additional $100
4a. Property Managers New to Touch Stay - POA
If you're a Property Manager with 7+ properties, please note that theTouch Stay team will provide free BASIC onboarding. This service includes account opening, implementing a PMS Integration, setting up a basic template, setting up tags, adding a cover photo for each property guide, and adding WiFi details for each property. It does NOT provide a full guidebook build for each property. I can assist with adding the property information for each of your properties. Please contact me with your details, number of properties, and I can provide a quote.
If you're a Property Manager with fewer than 7 properties,I'm happy to assist with the above services and add all property information for each guide. Please contact me for a quote. Please provide a link to your website or Airbnb hosting account. I can arrange a Zoom call to discuss options. I've helped many Property Managers get their accounts up and running quickly. ✨ Please note that I provide a comprehensive Touch Stay advice and set up service✨. I am an expert on all the Touch Stay tools and how best to use them, as well as adding property information to your account. Think of me as your go-to company Touch Stay expert. 4b. Existing Property Managers Using Touch Stay - Need someone to manage your Touch Stay Account?POA
There are lots of Property Managers using Touch Stay who love the product but struggle to find time to update guides, add new properties, and use new features. I'm fully up to speed on all the Touch Stay tools and integrations, and I'm available to be your Touch Stay expert. I'll keep your Touch Stay account up-to-date, working effectively and efficiently. 5. Digital Guide Refresh - Starting at $199AUD

6. Digital Guide Review - $125AUS
Want feedback on your guidebook? I'll provide a detailed video overview with actionable suggestions for improvements, including links to helpful resources. It's the perfect way to fine-tune your guidebook and make it shine! I can also implement the changes suggested for an additional $74.
7. Guest Scheduled Messaging Setup - $115AUD
Streamline communications with your guests through an automated sequence of 5 personalized emails or SMS messages. From the moment they book to requesting a review when they depart, these scheduled messages (set up in Touch Stay Memo ) will enhance the guest communication and experience while creating efficiencies and saving you time. Customisation for each property is included!
8. PMS Integrations - $150AUD
Don't feel confident to set up the Integration with your Property Management System (PMS) and your Touch Stay account? I can assist to connect your accounts, match your Touch Stay guides to your listings, and sync your reservations.
