Hello,
I have manually fixed the issues with submissions not appearing for admins/contributors. From now on all should be able to vote for submissions that come in.

Hello all,
We've been having some issues, perhaps server side, with submissions not appearing properly for mods to vote upon. Please be patient there has been quite a black-log of submissions recently as well.

Submissions Update

Hello to all,
The submission process has been updated so that only 2 votes will be necessary in order for the piece to be submitted into the group. This will be a test phase for the next couple of months. If deviations to incorrect folders begin to pile up we will revert back to needing 3 votes to have your deviation accepted.

Looking for Active Admins

Hello to all!
Zalezsky here asking for anyone interested in moderating the community.
This responsiblity is voting upon all submissions to MapsAndFlags by members. We have recently had an overload of submissions and not enough admins to approve them all. Those chosen out of the applicants will become contributors and thus will automatically have their artwork accepted whenever they submit into the group.
If anyone is interested please PM zalezsky and i will get back to you all within around 1 week after all apllicants are screened.

Hello members!
We have had some issues with not enough people voting on submissions from members so I've decided to change the voting to only needing 3 votes to be submitted into a folder.
PLEASE REMEMBER to use the correct folder for submissions!
Please vote as much as you can on submissions as well! I implemented the voting system because it made it easier for submissions to be accepted instead of a handful of admins having to deal with a sea of submissions.
Thanks for the continued submissions to the group!
Contests may be re-implemented if anyone would like to step up to the plate and handle the organization; mergers with contests from other sites also possible, just message
