Our culture connects us. We come together at company events, over daily shared lunches, and through activities like a hockey tournament, triathlons, and our annual multi-day trip. That’s why we offer flexibility, like the option to switch public holidays, and organise a cultural lunch to share perspectives from different backgrounds.

We have big ambitions, and we ask a lot of your commitment! At the same time, we consider it essential to ensure sufficient time for you to rest and recharge. That is why we regularly offer chair massages at the office and organise personal leadership workshops. Also, we provide the opportunity to take an unpaid sabbatical after three years of employment. We offer 29 holidays and encourage flexibility in our daily work. Finally, we also organise an annual vitality week.

We support your growth through three pillars: our own Consi University, a personal study budget, and access to external training. On top of that, we offer structured career paths to help you realise your full potential.

We believe clarity is key. You’ll know exactly what your role entails, how you can develop within it, and what we expect from you. To support this, we’ve created detailed job descriptions, a transparent salary grid, and a skills book that shows which capabilities matter and how to build them.

Flexibility matters to us. While we value hybrid working, we also believe in the benefits of connecting at the office. To make that easy, we reimburse travel expenses and provide bright, open offices in Brussels, Amsterdam, and The Hague. And when you’re in, you don’t have to bring more than yourself — we take care of lunch, fruit, snacks, soft drinks, and of course, coffee.
