New story. A very unusual story for Western Publishing, as both the ocean and the wind take on anthropomorphic qualities, exhibit speech, and have proper names ("Daddy Drink", "Gustov Wind"). Such an approach was often seen in Harvey Comics, particularly those concerning Casper the Friendly Ghost’s “Enchanted Forest”, but is an extremely rare occurrence – if not the first such occurrence, not involving witchcraft or other supernatural influences – for Western’s funny animal comics.
