Making connections is great!

I just wanted to come on here and say I made my 1st phone call contact relationship with a person couple states over from my location! It's was a cool experience for sure!  Hope to be able to make more contacts/  friends here for the future especially since im looking to flip my 1st primary residence here shortly and maybe get in with other investors to help them and help my become much more financially independent.
