Sapiens

Very early in his life, Alan Sharpear aka Sapiens showed his endless love for music. The talented child began to play piano at the age of 5, later received an early classical piano education and has completed Advanced Electronic Production Program in a legendary BPM school in Tel Aviv. Throughout the years, Sapiens has been fortunate enough to perform in various stages alongside renowned talents like Jamie Stevens, Weekend Heroes, Luis Junior, Tiger Stripes, Stereo Underground, Audio Junkies and many others and has become known for his unique, versatile, sophisticatedly intelligent musical style- slowly evolving, deep and groovy, yet full of tight, rhythmic and pumping drive - sure to do proper “damage” on any dancefloor. Based in Tel Aviv, Alan is credited with over 50 successful original and remixing releases on decent underground record labels - Pangea, Particles, ICONYC, Suffused, Yin Yang, Stellar Fountain to name only a few. A resident of several outdoor techno lines and club productions Alan has a side project SharpEar, mainly focused on Minimal, DeepTech, Deep House and Funky beats.
