Lumoon

Belgian electronic music producer Lumoon started mixing at the age of 15, when he bought his first CDJ100S. Despite being so young, Lumoon was still able to walk through the doors of clubs for the very first time to play his music. A few years later, as a university student, Lumoon wanted to set up his own label. So in 2013 he teamed up with two of his friends, Robin & David, and Clair de Lune Records was born. Between exams, the young friends travelled around Europe mixing tracks inspired by disco, funk and deep house. The Destino (Ibiza), the Razzmataz (Barcelona), the SQ Klub (Poznan), the Nuba (Paris) and the Mirano (Brussels), to name but a few, were thrilled by the sound of Lumoon & Robin. After graduating, the Belgian DJ decided to take a musical break in favour of his professional career. However, he has always kept a strong link with his passion. Ten years later, he's back on his own again, heading up his brand-new label, SATO Records, which mixes modern breakbeat, club, indie-dance and electronica sounds that always convey an emotion. A child of the 90s, Lumoon has decided to bring a touch of nostalgia to his label by recalling the melodies of his youth.
