Dutch-born DJ, producer, and vocalist Arcturius has established herself as a compelling new force in the international Drum & Bass scene. She meticulously blends deep, dubby, soulful, and funky vibes with rich, big-band inspired sounds, creating a deeply immersive soundscape. Although her rise within the Drum & Bass scene feels meteoric, the foundation of her sound was built on years of dedication. Her musical journey began in 2017, spending years exploring the art of music production, leaning towards a funky, soulful sound, and blending jazz-infused elements into a fresh, electronic context. When she finally stepped behind the decks in 2023, she kicked off a steady three-year ascent that expanded her role into a hybrid one: a DJ, producer, and vocalist. Her distinct potential was early on recognized by one of the industry's leading labels, Hospital Records. She took this opportunity to further sharpen her production skills during their selective Women in D+B Production Mentorship in 2025. All those years of exploration seamlessly came together in 2026 with her debut Drum & Bass release 'Crossroads', a powerful collaboration pushed by SOLAH on Hospital Records. This release cemented her reputation as a highly promising producer whose music moves the mind just as much as the body. With key industry promoters of the iconic Melkweg Amsterdam publicly tipping her as an artist primed for a major breakthrough, her footprint in the Dutch scene has also solidified by her past contribution as the co-founder and driving force behind the oldschool Drum & Bass event Atlantis. On stage, Arcturius brings an infectious and uplifting presence that sweeps the crowd along with her. Her defining strength lies in her headsy track selection; she doesn't just mix records, she narrates a story, taking the dancefloor on a carefully crafted sonic journey of oldschool gems and fresh productions.
