Do you want to know when you will receive your refund?
We will issue a refund, for a product shipped by Amazon, within a maximum of 14 days and confirm this with an automated email. You can see the refund on your bank account or credit card statement within a maximum of 7 working days after the refund has been issued. In certain circumstances, refund times may be longer.
