The year 2020 was unprecedented. Inexorably, it shook up and upended the business model of many international financial institutions. The global health crisis profoundly impacted the way we work and interact with internal and external stakeholders. In spite of these extreme and ongoing challenges, the Bank has remained committed to its principle of good governance, transparency and accountability
