Terms and Conditions: MUSE THE WOW! SIGNAL GIVEAWAY

1. The Promoter is: Original Geek Agency PTY LTD, registered at 81-83 Campbell St, Surrey Hills, NSW 2010.

2. Eligibility

• This competition is open to residents of Australia or New Zealand aged 18 years or over.

• Employees of Original Geek, Warner Music Australia, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition are not eligible to enter.

• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

3. Entry Period

• The competition opens on 25/6/2026 AEST.

• The closing date for entry will be 10pm 10/7/2026. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

4. How to Enter

• To enter the competition, entrants must:  Fill out the form on this website

• Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason (e.g., technical or internet faults).

5. The Prize

• The prize is: 1 x Muse vinyl album and 1 x Muse hoodie per prize pack, 2 x prize packs, 1 x prize pack per winner.

• The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

• The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

6. Winner Selection

• Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries on 13/07/2026.

7. Winner Notification

• The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date.

• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

• The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

9. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation.

• The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by New South Wales law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or NSW Australia.

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube or Twitch.

• Warner Music Australia is the sponsor of this promotion, however does not manage or run this promotion.
