Dark Legacy!

Looking to do at least 2 Runs this weekend at around 6:30 Server time. Looking at underbog or Slave pens maybe The Auchenai Crypths. It depend on what you all want to do and what gear you all need. If we want to reduce the stress on runing 70 Level instance we really need to get better gear and progress from their.

Rep is another thing we all need to work on. We need at least Revered so we can do heroics where the better gear drops. Plus revered and exalted their some very nice gear we can buy.

This is all part of us getting gear up and ready for Kara. :)

This explains what you need to do to get the key to Kara.

some of the stuff you can do on your Own or with a partner ( I suggest getting help) 1st 3 steps is this way.

Then we need to to work on Getting a sethekk halls Run for the key to Shadow Labyrinth.

(Note only one needs this key but we should and need to do all the instances many times for Gear so we get everyone a key)

then we need to work on getting everyone Keys for Arcatraz (Note this requires you have a flying mount)

after this we need to go into Black Morass but this requires us to complete the saving thrall encounter in Old Hillsbrad Foothills So we need to do that to.

So what i asking is everyone That is 69 to 70 work on the 1st 3 steps as soon as they can. And let me know when you done so I can do a check off list. I post it here and update it when required.

This weekend we can do Sethekk Halls and maybe some other Dungeons for Gear and Gold for our Flying Mounts. :)

So as you Can See it going to be a Lot of work Getting EVERYONE Keyed. But it will Be a lot fun for all of us.

This month is getting socially crowded for me - my baby brother (who plays under the name Kayleena in the Guild) is coming home on leave from the US Navy on Tuesday 08/21. He's getting married on Friday, 08/24. He returns to his station (Miramar CA) on 08/28. So I will be planning that most of this week.

This weekend, I will also be moving the last bits of my greataunt's belonging from her apartment to my garage as she is now in a nursing home.

Next weekend is the local science fiction/fantasy convention that I work/volunteer for, so that's another weekend that I will be now online.

However.

Beginning Labor Day weekend, I would like to start my hard run at seventy on Tenaya as well as starting to get the available 70s keyed for Kara. I would also like to start including Sparkwhistle on our levelling and key quests as he's in Outlands now! WOOT Spark!

Particas, knowing that Blu and Sarat can really only run instances on Friday nights, Saturdays and during the day on Sunday (sarat may be slightly different), can you come up with a tentative schedule of runs that we need/can do in Outlands to do that?

Lets try a Dungeon tonight. Ideals are Underbog again, Slave pens, or mana tombs

3 Bosses

1 The Maker
a) does a knockback on melee in range
b) Does mind control on a random player. Mage can sheep this person
c) Has a short ranges acid Spray

This is a Tank and Spank fight Damage output from him is real low.

2 Broggok
a) Aoe poison Bolt this bolt hits for moderate damage on impact and has a DOT effect (can be removed)
b) Poison Cloud When he puts this up tnak move him away from it and everyone else avoid it.

This is a endurance event with 4 Waves OF fel Orcs and nascent Fel Orcs None Elite easy to kill. And Neopyte Fel Orcs (THEY Have No Aggro Control) CC these if possable.

Broggok will engage when waves are done he cast his AOE bolt He drop his Poison Cloud But if tanks moves him away from it easy to avoid.

3 Keli'dan the breaker
a) Cone shadow bolts cone Shape Attack doing moderate damage
b) Blastwave A charge Blastwave dealing massive Damage
c) Corruption magic dot shadow damge

This encounter begins when after the 5 Warlocks around Keli'dan are killed; they can be CC'd. They have a weak single target shadow bolt but they also have a nasty "magic" debuff, Mark of Shadow which increased Shadow damage taken significantly. If there is no one available to decurse keep the final warlock CC'ed until its duration is up.

The tank should pick up Keli'dan as turn him away from the party as soon as possible to avoid getting slammed by his Cone Shadow bolt attack. Keli'dan will randomly cast Corruption on us but is magic and can be removed.

Throughout the fight he will kneel down and become immune to damage and emote. Melee needs to run out immediately as he is charging his massive damage Blastwave.

Lets Kick some butt in the Blood Furnace.

We need to go back to basics, Back to the old grind wheel to speak. We beating ourselves to death trying to do content that we are just plain not ready for. Yes we have the levels but their more then just levels in beating the top teir Bosses. We need Practice and much better gear then we currently have.

So what we need to do is start at Blood furnace and work our way up. What does this mean is we need to do each several times until we have the stuff we want and then move on. Some of these places we may be able to do 2 to 3 times a night if we have the time. This also can be very profitable for us all.

I suggest you look At Allakazam, Thottbot or the Armory and see what drops in the different dungeons so you have an ideal what you like to have. Another place you can visit is http://www.wow-loot.com/.

Gear, Practice and good old fashion Fun will get us over the rough time we going to have.
