Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between a Virtual Assistant and an Operations Partner?
A Virtual Assistant executes tasks you assign. An Operations Partner owns systems and anticipates needs. The difference is accountability and initiative. A VA waits for direction. An Operations Partner sees what needs to happen, flags what needs your attention, and handles the rest without you having to manage the process.
What is The Ops Snapshot and how does it work?
The Ops Snapshot is a free business audit designed to give you a clear picture of where your operations are costing you time and growth. You complete a short assessment about how your business currently operates — your tools, systems, and pain points. We review your responses and send back a personalized report identifying your biggest operational gaps and a clear path forward.
What happens after I complete The Ops Snapshot?
Your answers will be reviewed and you will receive a personalized report via email. From there, we schedule a discovery call to walk through the findings together and explore whether working with Work with Wareing makes sense for where you are right now. There is no obligation to move forward; the report is yours regardless.
What types of businesses does Work with Wareing partner with?
We work with service-based founders — consultants, coaches, agencies, and other professional service businesses — who have grown to the point where how they operate is starting to hold them back. Our clients typically have an established client base and proven model but are still functioning as the operational backbone of their own business.
What does an Operations Partner actually do?
It depends on what your business needs, which is exactly why we start with the audit. Common areas of support include CRM setup and automation, workflow and systems optimization, financial operations, and executive administrative assistance. Some clients need all of it. Others need one specific thing. We identify the gaps first and build a plan around what will have the most impact.
Can you help with my CRM and sales pipeline?
Yes. A CRM that actually works (with automations, deal stages, and follow-up sequences built in) removes one of the biggest sources of manual work for most founders. We work primarily with HubSpot and GoHighLevel and can either build a new setup from scratch or optimize what you already have.
What does it cost to work with Work with Wareing?
Once we have audited your business and met with you on a discovery call, a defined scope of work will be presented to you along with an overview of the financial investment.
