SPARC OHIO 2005
(Students Praying for Awakening and Revival on Campus)
Hello everyone!! Well, I’m honored to inform you that our God has immeasurable power.
On November 4th -5th at Liberty Barn Church (7080 Olentangy River Road Delaware, OH 43015), college students from all over Ohio are meeting to pray and fast for God to intervene in Ohio and cause an awakening. Registration begins at 8:00PM on the 4th, Things will get going with some worship and a speaker at 9:00PM. On Saturday, up by 9AM with more worship, prayer, fellowship, etc and out of the church at 9PM that night. Leaving early or coming late? Come and go as necessary.
I would like to remind us all that this is for ALL students in Ohio who believe in and follow Jesus, and would like to pray for His Spirit to sweep across Ohio and on our campuses with revival and awakening! So please let friends at other campuses know about it and let the word spread like wildfire. If you'd like pre-made flyers to hang up on your campuses or in your area, email ohiosparc@yahoo.com
Our responsibility lies only in providing the opportunity- paving the way- for people to come. We are to be like John the Baptist, making way for the King to move. Remember that our time is now severely limited, as we now only have about a month to get word to the whole state. This is the time in which we must rise to the occasion, it is clutch time- crunch time. 'The time for talk and half measures is over,' as Maximus (Gladiator) would put it.
As if I need to underline it, but prayer is our most valuable weapon, so let's use it for all it's worth!
Can you feel it? God is moving- the time is now, our roles are crucial. Let's rock and roll!!!!
Sis in JC,
Leanne Wilson

Joel 1:14-15 “14Announce a time of fasting; call the people together for a solemn meeting. Bring the leaders and all the people into the Temple of the LORD your God, and cry out to him there. 15The day of the LORD is on the way, the day when destruction comes from the Almighty. How terrible that day will be!”
Agh I'm going crazy... Does anyone have any pictures of what the dorms look like on the inside? I'm in Andrews and I only know what people have told me about the rooms, which is okay, but it would be really helpful if I had a visual of the room I'll be living in next year. During my visits to campus, I don't think I ever saw Andrews at all, so I have no idea. If anyone could help me, I'd love them forever!

My housing assignment for this year is Holden 262, is there anything I should know about before I get there? I would post this in the Beall community, but for some reason I can't post there... Who else is in Holden anyway?
i am in the FYLLP, have two roomates who are not on the facebook (i wish they were!!), and am living in westminster cottage (a former funeral parlour with a crematorium in the basement, thx4remindingmebethany :P).
so i know that i have a fys that wasn't one of the six i selected... but from what i've heard, i kinda new that the entire process was bull anyway.
do any of you know when we get our fys assignments?
what are your housing assignments?
do you know anything about your roomies?
Has anyone done their Life of Pi questions yet? Just curious...
