Hey, I'm having an issue with my wirehog. When I try to view it I get the message:
Error 401: Unauthorized Wirehog could not confirm your identity. If you are trying to access your own Wirehog and you have Norton Personal Firewall or Norton Internet Security installed, make sure Wirehog is permitted network access in your firewall settings and make sure in Control Panel, in Internet Options, in the Advanced tab, that the option for "Use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connections" is checked.
I'm not behind a personal firewall, rather I'm at my university where my network is shared. However, I never used to have this problem before the past couple of days. I am on a macintosh powerbook G4 OSX 10.4.3. Is there anything I can do to rectify this situation?
I've tried e-mailing the folks at wirehog but every time I try to e-mail "info@wirehog.com" it bounces back! What the hell is the point of having an e-mail on your site if NO ONE CAN E-MAIL YOU!?
