I’ve noticed that my mind often jumps ahead to what still needs to be done. When I’m working on my laptop, I find myself thinking about all the non-digital tasks that are still waiting. And as soon as I’m actually working on those offline tasks, my digital projects start racing through my head again 🫠 Perhaps the challenge isn’t to do more, but to be more mindful of what I’m doing in the moment. Focus brings peace of mind — even when the to-do list is still long.
