— Patch Plaza descriptionTwiggy Woods are enemies exclusive to the Whispy's Forest stage of Kirby's Epic Yarn and Kirby's Extra Epic Yarn. They greatly resemble the stage's boss, Whispy Woods. Unlike Whispy, however, they do not have apples and attack only by dropping Gordos from their leaves. Kirby and Prince Fluff cannot permanently defeat them; they are temporarily stunned when the heroes pull on a string dangling from their leaves, bringing the tree low enough for the heroes to climb. In this flattened state, Twiggy Woods will cry similar to how Whispy cries after defeat. After a short period of time, the trees will regain their stature and resume dropping Gordos until the string is pulled again.

- Twiggy Woods may be a reference to the episode Beware: Whispy Woods! of the anime Kirby: Right Back at Ya!, which introduces Whispy Woods as ruler of the Whispy Woods Forest, inhabited by younger trees that somewhat resemble Whispy.
