Kirby Comes to Cappy Town is the first episode of the series Kirby: Right Back at Ya!. It sets up the essential premise of the show by introducing all of the primary characters, starting with Kirby who comes crashing into Dream Land in his Starship. After being harassed by King Dedede and his assistant Escargoon, Kirby proves himself to the people of Cappy Town by defeating the giant monster which had been eating the town's sheep, meanwhile beginning his relationship with Tiff, who becomes his guardian.

This episode would later be featured as one of the three episodes one can watch in the Kirby's History mode of Kirby's Dream Collection Special Edition, along with Crusade for the Blade and Waddle While You Work.
