Dispute over Andrew name

edit

@GoodDay It has been announced and covered by reliable sources that he will not use that title now. If he isn't using it and so his name going forward will just be Prince Andre we should remove the title from the name(I also note there is a move request to remove Duke of York from Prince Andrews wiki page.) At least wait for the RM result at his page? GoodDay (talk) 20:47, 17 October 2025 (UTC)Reply
I still think it can be done now but I would accept waiting and implementing the change if the RM moves that name. GothicGolem29 (talk) 01:33, 18 October 2025 (UTC)Reply
I agree. It can be done and it should be done. We don't have Lady Louise Windsor and James, Earl of Wessex listed as Princess Louise and Prince James on their parents' articles despite them being legally entitled to those titles. Andrew himself has said he will not be known as the Duke of York anymore and a statement by the palace was issued in "Prince Andrew"'s name, not "The Duke of York". Title

edit

Why is this article titled 'Elizabeth II' instead of 'Queen Elizabeth II"? ~2025-33774-94 (talk) 22:30, 16 November 2025 (UTC)Reply

Commonwealth

edit

The sidebar calls her head of the Commonwealth, yet there is no map showing the countries of the Commonwealth, which includes independent India as well as countries of wich she is or was head of state. ~2025-33774-94 (talk) 22:52, 16 November 2025 (UTC)Reply

Are you suggesting we add a map of the Commonwealth to the article? GothicGolem29 (Talk) 01:23, 26 November 2025 (UTC)Reply
