Italian Culture addition
editI added a link to "Italian Culture on the Net" and it was removed for supposedly being vandalism. It might not have been the correct place (it redirected to an external link, not a Wikipedia article) but it certainly belong to this topic.
"Italian Culture of the Net" is a website from a consortium of Italian Universities funded by the Italian Government (just check the link to confirm) to explorate the possibilities of e-learning, which grants academic degrees recognized in all the European Union.
