Ghost of Starman is an enemy in EarthBound. It can use PSI Starstorm α and, after counting down, PSI Starstorm Ω. Using PSI Shield Σ or PSI Shield Ω is effective. It always uses its battle actions in the same order.
The Ghost of Starman also drops the best defensive ribbon, the Goddess ribbon, at a 1/128 rate.
