Welcome!
This community is for those who are involved in fandom and also Welsh speakers!
The main intention of the community is to use it as a place to translate the terminology associated with fandom into Welsh, therefore providing the terminology for anyone who wishes to discuss fandom in Welsh. We'd like people to join so that we can have as much input and help as possible for this! We'd like to think of it as an on-going project that may or may not become something bigger than just a simple LJ comm :-)
This is a place that can also be used to discuss anything related to Welsh fandom - say, Welsh characters, books set in Wales, shows filmed in Wales, for example!
This can also be a place to discuss anything generally fandom-related through the medium of Welsh! Depending on how much interest/response there is to this, we may consider starting a sister-community solely for the purpose of general fandom discussion through the medium of Welsh :-)
Welsh speakers of any level are welcome here - whether you're a learner or a scholar, your contribution is greatly appreciated!
A few rules:
1. Try to stay on-topic!
2. No flaming, drama etc. If there's any trouble within the community, please contact a maintainer (
cadiliniel or cosmic_llin)
3. No pimping without permission. If you'd like to pimp something, please ask a maintainer first.

Prif bwriad y gymuned yw i gyfieithu'r terminoleg sy'n cael ei defnyddio gan selgyniaid i'r Gymraeg. Hoffwn ni i bobl ymuno er mwyn i ni cael cyn gymaint o gymorth â sy'n bosib!
