Honestly, MS Word produces ridiculously bad code.

You are much better just starting in notepad. Putting in a bold text, pictures and links only takes a few seconds, and the five or so basic HTML…

you might want to link to another frameset that loads the 2 new frames; or try generating the frames with Javascript or PHP or something

i'm guessing you mean the tooltip pop up - if so this is the images "Alt" or "Title" tag (Title makes it work in Firefox) -
