Created an issue in BSNDA/PCNGateway-Go-SDK that received 4 comments

调用ReqChainCode，在返回错误的情况下，err竟然为nil

调用代码如下： ret, err := gFabricClient.ReqChainCode(body) ret中的header显示code=-1，但err为nil，应该err携带错误信息啊。
