In augmentation, elastic_transform, it only applies a random transform on one input image array. I would think to be used for training, the image and mask pair should be transform in the same way. However, this single-input-image, single-output-image method makes it very inconvenient. Could we deform a list of images (np.arrays) using the same transformation in this method ? Thanks!

Hi guys!
Is it possible for you to add some more detailed documentation on the plotting.py file?
Also i wanted to ask if i just wanted to recreate your experiment with the mnist dataset,
which of the functions in plotting.py would be used to help visualize the results just for the mnist experiment? Thank you.
A potentially useful feature for the included CLI (and library) could be converting DICOMs (frames + metadata) into neat tf.Example protocol buffers for downstream use in Tensorflow.
Hello,
There seem to be an issue in template recognition when creating mappings involving Rigid3d DoFs.
Namely, when creating a BarycentricMapping or a BeamLinearMapping between a mechanical model and a collision model of connected beam elements, I receive the following error messages:
`[ERROR] [InfoComponent(Not created (BarycentricMapping))] Object type BarycentricMapping<Vec3d,Rigid3
Describe the bug
There is inconsistency in the way latest_replication_date or initial_replication_date field is written in info doc. In some of the documents, it's written in full Date/Time format while other documents have it written in unix stamp.

during CI on my hiwenet, I discovered a ton of deprecation warnings from scipy : https://travis-ci.org/github/raamana/hiwenet/jobs/658810855
mostly asking medpy to move from scipy to numpy for functions such as sum, absolute, sqrt, square etc .. see below for a sample, and the above link for a full list.. If you can, can you try fix them? thanks.
