Anybody recommend any good diet pills that actually work? Yes, I'm eating healthy and working out 4 times a week, but I need to shrink the fat now. Yes, I understand muscle weighs more than fat and all that good stuff. :o) I just need a little jump start.
Also, I've been contemplating going on BC pills, but I've heard that effects your weight too, so will a diet pill counteract the weight gain problems of BC pills?
Well, I've been going back to some of my old WW habits and have started keeping a food diary again! And so far it's been good. I've been not only eating a bit healthier, but I'm also keeping track of those little munchies that I normally had during the day that were NOT helping my weight loss goals. All I need to do now is start going back to the gym. I've been a bit preoccupied with school and exams, but enough of excuses. Hope you all are doing well, and hope that we all "behave" this Easter weekend!

My friend finally joined my gym this week and so far she has been helpful. I tried machines I didn't think I can do (bc she wants to test everything). And we've been motivators for us to actually go! Yee haw!! I'm so excited to know I have that extra push.

Anyway, I'm assuming this is a community to keep women motivated to shape up for their big day? Goodness knows I need some support. I'm currently about 15 pounds overweight and I cannot seem to keep motivated to lose it. Any help would be much appreciated! :o)
Ha! I went to the gym this morning. I did some cardio, abs, and lower body strength training...and I am totally feeling it already. It is completely obvious how not good I've been the past few weeks! But my workout plan for the week is off to a good start.
