Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST)

The CCST certifications are perfect steppingstones to your next career move. They can lead to internships and apprenticeships so that you can start your tech career. They also validate your knowledge and experience to build your qualifications.

CCST Cybersecurity- The Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST) Cybersecurity certification validates your skills and knowledge of entry-level cybersecurity concepts and topics. These include security principles, network and endpoint security, vulnerability assessment and risk management, and incident handling.

The Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST) Cybersecurity certification is also a first step toward CyberOps Associate certification.

CCST Networking-The Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST) Networking certification validates your skills and knowledge of entry-level networking concepts and topics. The certification demonstrates foundational knowledge and skills needed to show how networks operate, including the devices, media, and protocols that enable network communications. The Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST) Networking certification is also a first step toward CCNA certification.

CompTIA

CompTIA (The Computing Technology Industry Association) is the leading provider of vendor-neutral IT certifications in the world.

CompTIA A+ - Certification is earned by passing a set of two exams, Core 1 & Core 2 – created by IT industry professionals – that validate skills needed for entry-level IT jobs.

CompTIA Security+ - A global certification that validates the baseline skills necessary to perform core security functions and pursue an IT security career. More job roles use Security+ for baseline cybersecurity skills than any other certification in the industry.

CompTIA Network+ - certification exam will verify the successful candidate has the knowledge and skills required to: Manage, configure, and troubleshoot network infrastructure. This is equivalent to 9–12 months of hands-on experience working in a junior network administrator/ network support technician job role.

CompTIA Tech+ ( Formerly ITF+ IT Fundamentals FCO-U71) TECH+ Vouchers are out of stock until August.  Thank you for your patience as we scale up resources according to demand. The CompTIA Tech+ exam will certify the successful candidate has the knowledge and skills required to identify and explain the basics of computing, IT infrastructure, applications, software development, database use, and security concepts. In addition, candidates will demonstrate the knowledge to install peripherals and configure web browsers and wireless networks. Further, this exam will assess the candidate’s knowledge in the areas of troubleshooting theory and identification of basic security risks. This exam is designed as a pre-professional certification for candidates who are advanced end users and possibly pursuing professional-level certifications, such as A+ (and beyond) in the future. PLEASE NOTE: The GMetrix course for this exam has not yet been updated from FCO-U61. The practice exam is updated to FCO-U71. UPDATE 12-19-25: Out of stock on Tech+ exam vouchers. More on order. Server+: CompTIA Server+ covers essential hardware and software technologies including high availability, cloud computing and scripting. The CompTIA Server+ exam includes performance-based questions that require you to demonstrate multi-step knowledge. ***UPDATE***The course for Server+ was dropped by GMetrix this year, but we still offer the practice test. Please use LinkedIn Learning to prepare for your exam:https://www.linkedin.com/learning/comptia-server-plus-sk0-005-exam-tips SERVER+ WILL BE DISCONTINUED WHEN INVENTORY IS GONE. Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)an example Microsoft Office Specialist badge.  Badge is Grey, White and Blue badge reading "Microsoft Certified Associate" in black and white text. The Microsoft Office Specialist exams/certifications are an industry-recognized standard for more in-depth understanding of Microsoft Office tools. Passing three “Core” or associate tests earns the student the Microsoft Office Specialist full certification.

Access & Access Expert- Demonstrate the ability to use principal Access features to independently create custom, browser-based database applications. Tasks will include creating and managing a database, building tables, creating queries, creating forms and reports.

Excel & Excel Expert - demonstrate the fundamentals of creating and managing worksheets and workbooks, creating cells and ranges, creating tables, applying formulas and functions and creating charts and objects.

Outlook- Demonstrate how to customize the Outlook user interface format message content, create or insert graphic elements, and send and respond to emails and meeting requests. They can also manage and share multiple calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, create contact records and tasks, and set up contact groups to facilitate communication with other Outlook users.

PowerPoint - Demonstrate the ability to create and manage presentations, insert and format shapes and slides, create slide content, apply transitions and animations and manage multiple presentations.

Word & Word Expert - Perform Word tasks, such as creating and managing documents, formatting text, paragraphs and sections, creating tables and lists, applying references and inserting and formatting objects.

Microsoft Certified Fundamentals (MCF)

This set of exams is for students who are exploring a career in artificial intelligence, data science, and cloud computing.

365 Fundamentals - Demonstrate foundational-level knowledge of cloud-based solutions to facilitate productivity and collaboration among on-site, remote, and hybrid workers. THIS CERTIFICATION IS BEING DISCONTINUED DEC 31, 2026.

Azure Fundamentals - Demonstrate knowledge of machine learning and AI concepts and related Microsoft Azure services. 

Azure AI Fundamentals - Demonstrate your knowledge of core data concepts and related Microsoft

Azure Data Fundamentals - Demonstrate foundational knowledge of cloud concepts in general and Microsoft Azure in particular. This certification is a common starting point in a journey towards a career in Azure.

Power Platform Fundamentals - The certification is intended for you if you’re seeking to start your journey building solutions with Microsoft Power Platform. You can use this certification to prepare for role-based or specialty certifications, but it’s not a prerequisite for any of them.

Dynamics 365 Fundamentals CRM - This certification covers the features and capabilities of finance and operations apps. THIS CERTIFICATION IS BEING DISCONTINUED DEC 31, 2025

Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals - Familiarize yourself with the fundamentals of security, compliance, and identity (SCI) across cloud-based and related Microsoft services.

Azure Administrator-As a Microsoft Azure AI engineer, you build, manage, and deploy AI solutions that leverage Azure AI. Your responsibilities include participating in all phases of AI solutions development, including: Requirements definition and design Development Deployment Integration Maintenance Performance tuning Monitoring You work with solution architects to translate their vision. You also work with data scientists, data engineers, Internet of Things (IoT) specialists, infrastructure administrators, and other software developers to: Build complete and secure end-to-end AI solutions. Integrate AI capabilities in other applications and solutions. As an Azure AI engineer, you have experience developing solutions that use languages such as: Python C# You should be able to use Representational State Transfer (REST) APIs and SDKs to build secure image processing, video processing, natural language processing, knowledge mining, and generative AI solutions on Azure. You should: Understand the components that make up the Azure AI portfolio and the available data storage options. Be able to apply responsible AI principles.

Azure Security Engineer- As the Azure security engineer, you implement, manage, and monitor security for resources in Azure, multi-cloud, and hybrid environments as part of an end-to-end infrastructure. You implement and manage security components and configurations by using Microsoft Defender for Cloud and other tools. You ensure that the infrastructure aligns with standards and best practices such as the Microsoft Cloud Security Benchmark (MCSB). Your responsibilities as an Azure security engineer include: Managing the security posture. Implementing threat protection. Identifying and remediating vulnerabilities. You are responsible for implementing regulatory compliance controls for Azure infrastructure including identity and access, network, compute, storage, data, applications, asset management, backup and recovery, and devops security. As an Azure security engineer, you work with architects, administrators, and developers to plan and implement solutions that meet security and compliance requirements. You may also collaborate with security operations in responding to security incidents in Azure. You should have: Practical experience in administration of Microsoft Azure and hybrid environments. Strong familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, as well as compute, network, and storage in Azure. PLEASE NOTE: We offer GMetrix Courses for this exam, but GMetrix does not yet offer a practice test. Microsoft Endpoint Administrator - As a candidate for this certification, you have subject matter expertise managing devices and client applications in a Microsoft 365 tenant by using Microsoft Intune. You’re responsible for: Implementing solutions for efficient deployment and management of endpoints on various operating systems, platforms, and device types. Implementing and managing endpoints at scale by using Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Intune Suite, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Copilot for Security, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Windows 365. Implementing identity, security, access, policies, updates, and apps for endpoints. As an endpoint administrator, you collaborate with architects, Microsoft 365 administrators, security administrators, and other workload administrators to plan and implement a modern workplace strategy that meets the business needs of an organization. You must have experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 technologies, including Intune, as well as strong skills and experience in deploying, configuring, and maintaining Windows client and non-Windows devices. IT Specialist (ITS)

The Information Technology Specialist program is a way for individuals to validate foundational IT skills sought after by employers. The IT Specialist program is geared toward candidates who are considering or just beginning a path to a career in information technology. Candidates can certify their knowledge in a broad range of IT topics, including software development, database administration, networking and security, device management, and web development.  

Networking- Candidates for this exam will demonstrate foundational networking knowledge and skills, including TCP/IP, networking services, networking topologies, and troubleshooting in wired and wireless environments.

Network Security- Candidates for this exam will demonstrate foundational security knowledge and skills, including an understanding of core security principles operating system security, network and device security, and secure computing practices.

JavaScript- Candidates for this exam will demonstrate that they can recognize, write, and debug JavaScript code that will logically solve a problem.

Java- Candidates for this exam will demonstrate that they can recognize, write, and debug Java code that will logically solve a problem.

Python- Candidates for this exam will demonstrate that they can recognize, write, and debug Python code that will logically solve a problem.

HTML & CSS- Candidates for this exam will demonstrate that they can structure a webpage using HTML elements and create and apply styles using CSS.

HTML5 Application Development- Candidates for this exam will demonstrate their ability to use HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript to build responsive web applications that will run on a variety of touch-enabled devices, including PCs, tablets, and phones

Device Configuration and Management- Candidates for this exam will demonstrate foundational skills in, and a basic knowledge of, Windows devices and mobility.

Software Development - Candidates for this exam will demonstrate core software development skills, including object-oriented programming, web applications, and databases. Candidates are expected to have some experience with C# and ANSI SQL.

Computational Thinking - Candidates for this exam decompose problems, collect and analyze data, recognize patterns in data, represent data through abstractions, and automate solutions by using algorithmic thinking.

Cloud Computing - Candidates for this exam will be able to identify and describe end solutions that leverage cloud technologies, considerations that span across solutions and the "art of the possible" in utilizing cloud to develop solutions.

Databases - Candidates for this exam will be able to identify and describe end solutions that leverage cloud technologies, considerations that span across solutions and the "art of the possible" in utilizing cloud to develop solutions.

Cybersecurity - Candidates for this exam are starting their journey in the cybersecurity field. This exam assesses their understanding of key security paradigms, terminology, and mindset. Successful candidates will have a keen awareness of the importance of security and the threats to a business when security procedures are not followed. They are willing to teach others about security concerns. They are developing the investigative and implementation skills necessary to succeed in the field and have an aptitude and desire to learn more.

Artificial Intelligence- Candidates for this certification have a foundational knowledge the procedures used to develop an artificial intelligence (AI) solution, as well as an understanding of the issues surrounding the governance, transparency, security, and ethics of AI. Successful candidates will be able to analyze and classify a problem. They should be able to demonstrate knowledge of data collection, data processing, and feature engineering strategies. Candidates should be able to choose an appropriate algorithm for training a model, and understand the metrics used to evaluate model performance. They should understand the AI development lifecycle and how a production pipeline is used to allow for continuous improvement. Candidates at least 150 hours of instruction and/or exploration of artificial intelligence methodology and solutions.

Intuit/QuickBooksQuickBooks Certification Badge

Intuit’s QuickBooks Certified User Online certification is an industry-recognized credential that effectively validates one’s knowledge and skills in QuickBooks accounting software. The core concepts covered in this exam include QuickBooks setup and maintenance; sales/money-in; purchases/money-out; basic accounting; reports; customization/saving time.

Intuit Certified Bookkeeping Professional exam allows students to validate thier working knowledge of QuickBooks and foundational bookkeeping abilities.

Design for Delight Certification promotes creativity, critical thinking, complex problem solving, collaboration, and other durable skills that are much needed in today’s workforce. 

The Intuit Personal Finance certification, based on the Council for Economic Education (CEE) and Jumpstart national financial education standards, has been developed in partnership with Intuit to empower students with not only the knowledge but certifiable skills that validate their mastery of the crucial life skill of personal finance.

Intuit’s QuickBooks Online Certified User is an industry-recognized credential that effectively validates one’s knowledge and skills in Intuit QuickBooks Online accounting software. The core concepts covered in this exam include QuickBooks setup and maintenance; sales/money-in; purchases/money-out; basic accounting; reports; customization/saving time. Intuit Certified Bookkeeping Professional is a credential that can help open doors for individuals looking to build a career in bookkeeping. The core concepts covered in the exam include accounting basics; accounting for assets and sales transactions; accounting for liabilities, equity, and purchase transactions; reconciliation and financial statements. Intuit Personal Finance is specifically tailored to empower individuals as they make pivotal financial decisions that will shape their futures. The certification aligns with the National Standards for Personal Financial Education of the Council for Economic Education (CEE) and Jumpstart Coalition. The certification validates candidates have acquired the foundational knowledge crucial to mastering the skill of personal finance. Adobe Certified Professional (ACP)

The industry-recognized certification demonstrating proficiency in a Creative Cloud app as well as foundational knowledge for a digital media career.

An Adobe Certified Professional specialty credential in Visual, Video, or Web Design is automatically awarded to an individual who completes an eligible pair of certifications. These credentials require knowledge of two products that are frequently used together in the industry.

For example, if you’re already certified for Premiere Pro, you’ll receive a badge and specialty credential for Video Design once you pass either the Photoshop or After Effects exam.

Photoshop- Used for editing, creating, and retouching images as well as adding special effects.

Illustrator- Used as a vector graphics app that lets you create logos, icons, drawings, typography, and illustrations for print, web, video, and mobile.

InDesign- Use InDesign to create a variety of digital and printed material such as stationery, resumes, pamphlets, annual reports, catalogs, interactive digital publications, EPUBs, books, magazines, and more.

Premier Pro- Premiere Pro can be used for all common video editing tasks necessary for producing broadcast-quality, high-definition video.

Animate- Animate is used to design vector graphics and animation for television programs, online video, websites, web applications, rich internet applications, and video games.

After Effects- Adobe After Effects is a 2.5D animation software used for animation, visual effects, and motion picture compositing. After Effects is used in film, TV, and web video creation.

Dreamweaver- Adobe DreamWeaver CC is a web design and an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) application that is used to develop and design websites.

Communication Skills for Business (CSB)

The CSB certifications are built to validate that candidates entering the workforce understand key communication principles and possess the skills that are necessary to be effective in a work environment.

Professional Communication- The Communication Skills for Business (CSB) Professional Communication exam validates that candidates entering the workforce understand key communication principles and skills that are necessary to be effective in a work environment.

English for IT- The Communication Skills for Business (CSB) English for IT exam validates a candidate’s ability to work in an IT job setting or in an entry-level IT related work environment using English.

Entrepreneurial Skills for Business (ESB)

ESBESB validates a students' understanding of core business principles, including the essentials needed to launch and maintain a successful business.

Candidates for ESB certification will be expected to have key conceptual knowledge of entrepreneurial and small business principles through at least 150 hours of instruction. Please note that it is not required for students to have real-world experience as a small business manager in order to take and pass the exam.

IC3 Digital Literacy

Technology has become a part of our everyday lives, and understanding how to function in environments that require the use of computers and the Internet is more critical now than ever before. So, whether you plan to pursue a career in IT, or simply become more effective with technology, IC3 Digital Literacy Certification is the place to start.

The exams are structured to be a comprehensive set of stackable certifications across seven digital literacy domains. It is composed of three exams, each awarding its own certificate, that validate an understanding of each domain at the basic, intermediate, and advanced levels.
IC3 Global Standard 6 IC3 Digital Literacy Global Standard 6 (GS6) is the latest version. IC3 Digital Literacy allows candidates to demonstrate their ability to select and use the appropriate research, productivity, collaboration, and communications tools, to find reliable information, create content, communicate safely, and identify credibility and bias in modern digital environments.
