The What:
This is a safe haven for plot bunnies to play out, also known as random scenage RPed on the whims of fickle overthinkers.

More specifically, this community was created to be able to play out scenes between pairings or small groups of characters without having to fit it into the context of a larger game. Exploring a character's backstory, developing scenes beyond an established game's plot, or trying out new characters is all found here.

There will be adult content in this community. Putting up warnings on the posts is up to the poster's discretion, it is in no way required.

The Who:

This is not an open community; all players here thus far have played with each other before and wanted to expand upon that in a new format. However, if this is action you wish to get in on, we welcome it! Simply request to join and we will get you an application. The Why:

The mantainers are writer h0rs, essentially. We like to try out new scenes however small or random at times, and with hectic schedules and spazzy minds, this comm provides an easy space to be able to dabble.

The How:

This community is fairly easy to follow.

1) Posts not containing an actual scene are labeled OOC (Out Of Character) in the subject line.

2) Posts that do contain scenes follow the following format in the subject line: Fandom: Location of The Scene (Characters Involved). For example, Star Wars: Jedi Temple (Anakin, Mace)

3) The bodies of posts will include an OOC note at the top that labels which member is writing each character, whether the scene is new or a continuation of another scene (and if it is, a link to that other scene), and a brief summary. For example:

Subject Line: Rome: The Senate (Antony, Brutus)
In the Body of the Post:
OOC: emme_fatality (Antony), katers007 (Brutus), New Scene.
Summary: After Brutus tries to get a vote passed without informing Antony, the manly people's tribute corners him once the Senate is adjorned.

Tedious, yes, but it will help keep things relatively coherent if more than one person wishes to write a character. See an actual character post right here, it's pretty simple.

4) All posts will be archived in the memories section by fandom, character, and player for easy viewing access eventually. You can also search for scenes by tag listings. Most posts will be friends-locked, but it's up to the thread starter.

5) Any requests to join just to monitor the community rather than post are accepted without the need for an application.
