    Buildings are objects that can be placed on the train, and serve various purposes.

    Production

    Production buildings have an interface and allow for the creation of new items via crafting.

    Kitchen I 1x Bolts , 1x Wood , 1x Copper Pipe , 1x Gear Cooking Organics and Water in to simple Food
    Armory I 2x Spring , 2x Copper Pipe , 2x Wood Crafting table where modifications and repairs can be done to weapons.
    Garden 2x Wood , 2x Bolts Grows Organic Seeds and Strange Seeds
    Recycler 1x Iron Bar , 1x Gear , 1x Forcer , 1x Bolts Allows you to disassemble items (including weapon modules) into components
    Lootcatcher's Nest 1x Wood , 1x Bolts , 1x Copper Wire , Gear Allows you to gather resources in the Void in exchange for water
    Table "Dance on the Boat" 2x Leather , 1x Wood , 1x Bolts Allows you to play a tabletop game with the Rofleemo or your friends
    Water Condenser 2x Wood , 1x Bolts , 1x Copper Pipe Condenses moisture from the environment and turns it into water

    Lab II 2x Brass Bar , 4x Wood , 2x Brass Wire , 2x Sturdy Bolts Crafting Sealant , Thickener , Mineral Oil , Rubber . Requires fuel source.
    Armory II Steel Bar , Sturdy Wood , Brass Bar , Sturdy Bolts Crafting table where modifications and repairs can be done to weapons. With 2 Spaces for weapons.
    Kitchen II Steel Bar , Brass Pipe , Sturdy Wood , Sturdy Bolts Crafting very nutritious meals. Requires fuel source.
    Tier III
    Thermogenerator Steel Bar , Brass Pipe , Bearing , Gear Generate electricity on the Train
    Transformer I Frames , Wire , Rubber Generates +250V of voltage for the power grid
    Transformer II Frames , Circuit Block , Rubber Generates +500V of voltage for the power grid
    Conveyor Frames , Circuit Block , Tesla Coil Allows you to remotely control Thermogenerator
    Smelter III Steel Bar , Brass Wire , Rubber , Sturdy Bolts Smelt Iron Bar , Copper Bar , Steel Bar , Brass Bar , Voidonite Alloy and Charcoal . Requires electricity.
    Workbench III Rubber , Voidonite Alloy , Sturdy Wood , Sturdy Bolts Allows you to craft basic, advanced and latest tier items. Requires electricity to run, but don't actually use it.
    Lab III Sturdy Wood , Frames , Wire , Rubber Allows you to craft basic, advanced and latest tier items. Requires electricity to run.
    Kitchen III Sturdy Wood , Frames , Tesla Coil , Polymer Crafting most nutritious meals. Requires electricity.
    Lootcatcher's Nest II Sturdy Wood , Frames , Circuit Block Allows you to gather even more resources in the Void in exchange for water and electricity
    Garden II Sturdy Wood , Frames , Circuit Block Grows Organic Seeds and Strange Seeds . Requires electricity to grow them faster than Garden

    Rofleemo

    Buildings in the "Rofleemo" category consist of structures to which you can assign your Rofleemoes. These buildings and stations can then perform various functions.

    Rofleemo's Diner Sturdy Wood , Sturdy Bolts , Brass Pipe Allows Rofleemo to eat from the diner, consuming less food in the cycle

    Botanist's Station II Sturdy Wood , Frames , Control Unit Allows a Rofleemo to tend to any garden beds. Doubles work speed using electricity.
    Cleaner's Station II Sturdy Wood , Frames , Control Unit Allows Rofleemo to clean toilets and dirt. Doubles work speed using electricity.
    Trainkeeper's Station II Sturdy Wood , Frames , Control Unit Allows Rofleemo to fix train structures and maintain Lootcatcher's Nests. Doubles work speed using electricity.
    Rofleemo Toilet II Sturdy Wood , Frames , Tesla Coil The place where Rofleemo can create a fertilizer. Consumes electricity per visit

    "Tour-de-Void" Stand Wood , Sturdy Bolts , Brass Pipe Allows you to spend coupons from "Tour-de-Void" DLC
    Tourist Seat Wood , Sturdy Bolts , Brass Pipe Allows you to place Rofleemo tourist on your train

    Storage

    Storage buildings serve simply as a location to store items.

    Building Recipe Purpose
    Container I 2x Wood , 1x Iron Bar Store 4 stacks of items. (Can be enlarged up to 8 by Stash techs)
    Container II 2x Wood , 1x Iron Bar , 1x Bolts Stores 6 stacks of items. (Can be enlarged up to 10 by Stash techs)
    Container III Sturdy Wood , Steel Bar , Bolts Stores 8 stacks of items. (Can be enlarged up to 12 by Stash techs)
    Container Rack I Wood , Iron Bar , Bolts Allows vertical stacking of 2 Containers or Heavy Objects, such as Chests, Lumps of Coal, etc.


    Decor

    Decor buildings are solely used for decoration, except floors. Floors are required to build and use other structures.

    Decor can be unlocked through the Research table

    Floor Buildings are placed on top of a Platform 's to be able to place production/decor buildings on your train. Floors are partly considered decor, since its obtained the same way. With the exception of Wooden Floor that is available from the start of the game, and Elegant Floor that is available as a part of Supporter's Pack.

    Rail

    Rail buildings serve as upgrades to your train and can only be built and/or upgraded in a Depots via the Construction Terminal.

    Trolley Handle pulls up to 2 Platforms. Steam Engine pulls up to 4 Platforms. Diesel Engine pulls up to 8 Platforms. Traction I, Traction II, Traction III, and Traction IV research each add the ability to pull +1 Platforms. Final state is 16 Platforms total.

    Construction

    Construction buildings serve as decor upgrades to your train and can only be built and/or upgraded in a depot via the Construction Terminal. (Constructions can be unlocked via the Research table)
