Greetings and salutations, vidders and vidfans! I come bearing some deadline reminders for those interested in attending the Vividcon convention, which runs from August 12-14 this year, in Chicago, Illinois, USA. We would love to have you join us!

First, please remember that attending members who register and pay by the end of the day (in any timezone) on July 1 will pay $110.00 for their membership. Attending memberships will continue to be available for purchase right up until the convention begins, but after July 1 the price will be $125.00. So sign up (and pay) soon for the best price!
Second, please note that our specially negotiated hotel room rates ($115/King and $126/Double) are only guaranteed through July 6. Please book by that date to ensure that you get the best rate for your hotel room. Read more about the hotel amenities on the con's hotel page.
