  5. You acknowledge that the information you provide (including your Profile, resume, and other account details) may be shared with prospective employers when you apply for a role, and may be searchable by employers via our Profile Search functionality.

  1. You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights to your account and that CO3 is accorded sole discretion to effect any termination.
  2. If your account is canceled or terminated, your account information (including your Profile, resumes, cover letters, and saved jobs) may be marked as deleted and removed from public areas of the Website and our databases. Some information may remain available for a period of time due to technical delays, and third parties (including employers) may retain copies of previously submitted information.
  3. We reserve the right to delete your account and associated information after a prolonged period of inactivity.
