Born out of a bold vision to shift societal narratives, Collective Perspectives is a social enterprise that empowers, enables, and equips Persons living with Disabilities (PwDs) to unlock their potential and position them as valuable contributors to society, as well as celebrated leaders in the arts, business, and beyond.
The portal is supported by the Enabling Lives Initiative (ELI) Grant, which is funded by Tote Board and managed by SG Enable.
About the Enabling Lives Initiative Grant:
The Enabling Lives Initiative (ELI) Grant, funded by Tote Board and managed by SG Enable, is Singapore's only grant dedicated to driving disability innovation. It tackles emerging and complex challenges faced by persons with disabilities by bringing together non-profits, social enterprises, innovators, and user groups. Through cross-sector collaboration, the grant sparks fresh ideas and supports evidence-informed, scalable solutions that foster inclusion and transform lives.
