So... *coughs* ... The other day I wanted to watch Shinee on the Shinhwa show Shinhwa Broadcast. Which I did. No problem at finding it on youtube. Which might have led me to start searching for clips with Shinhwa and I might have stayed up until 2.30 this morning just to watch variety shows with them knowing that I had to get up at 6AM for work. (Although it was fairly easy getting up this morning since I wanted to watch another episode of Shinhwa Broadcast. :P)

I realised I haven't posted in a very long time. I have no excuses, I just haven't been in the mood, one week went by, then another, then a month, 2 months, 7 months..... I just don't know where the time went. :)
Fandomwise I've fallen, and fallen hard for Sherlock BBC! I adore Martin Freeman as John Watson and Benedict Cumberbatch as Sherlock Holmes and if you haven't watched it, please do! Sat up last night and swore over the bad streaming channel trying to watch the last episode for the season but it sure was worth it!!!!
I went to Thailand with my parents during Christmas and New Year. It was strange being somewhere where it was around 26C when normally it's minus something C and snow! Really different and to be honest I didn't feel the Christmas spirit but I got a very nice tan! XD
~ Just had to say that I'm so happy that Sungmin's going to take part in a drama!!! I'm really, really pleased for him!!! Can't wait for it to start airing in December. ^_^
~ Lately I've been very into the TV show Supernatural. I can't help it, I just find Jensen Ackles adorable and his character Dean just amuses me a lot. AND, and there are so many good fics out there!!!! *spazzes* Both fanfics and RPS!
I'm on my way for a three days visit to my parents in Sundsvall and I'm pretty bored to be honest. A 3 1/2 hour train ride usually does that to me. :D
~ But it made me watch Shinee's new MV. I'll admit that I admire how the boys' are pulling off their new look, although Taemin's.... *sighs* I wish he'd cut his hair. *hides* I think Lucifer suits them.
~ I haven't been very active lately on lj, I think it's mainly because RL has been keeping me pretty busy, I'll post some pics later, and also because I've been watching a lot of anime. XD Usually that's a sign that I'm either bored or stressed or a combination of them both. :P Either way I think I've found my no 1 anime for this year (and I'll cry when it ends!!!)
I've always been fond of 'sport animes', the first one I watched was Mila Superstar which ran on a German TV channel. (Girls playing volley ball.) And let's not forget Prince of Tennis. Pot took up a lot of my time and thanks to it i got to know many of you. <3s ^_^
Now back on track, the anime I've fallen in love with this season is 'Giant Killing'. You could say that it's a show for adults. The character design is good, but it's not 'pretty'. Of course there are some pretty characters but it's not your typical bishounen. I've speed read the manga as far as it has been translated and I think the anime is staying very true to it.
One of the things that I really appreciate with Giant Killing is that there is a plot in it. That it 'allows' all the characters to have some depth and that the problems they have are 'grown-up' problems. So far I think all of the players have 'issues' and I think it'll be interesting to watch them grow, both as individuals and as a team, during the show.
Tatsumi the main character is a 35 year old former star player turned coach and has been pursuaded to return to his old club which he 'abandoned' for another club in England. My Impression is that he's a guy who can bring success to any give club. He's smart, he knows what he's doing (even if no one understands what or why he's doing things), he knows what is needed and he knows how to bring out the best in his players. Although his players and staff will probably want to kill him during the journey. LOL He is a bit eccentric in other words.
If you liked Atobe in Pot, you'll probably adore Gino or Prince as he likes to be called. He and Atobe could be brothers! XD
The captain of ETU, Murakoshi, is voiced by Ryotaro Okiayu, and compared to a Pot character you could say he's a mix between Sanada and Tezuka. Probably more of Sanada's characteristics than Tezuka's. Or not. I haven't seen Murakoshi write a letter yet! *laughs* Murakoshi has a grudge against Tatsumi. ;)
I could go on and on but there are a lot of likable characters, When I watched ep 1 for the first time I didn't think I'd continue to watch it and I didn't until the 14th episode aired. I decided to give it one more shot and it ended with me watching all the episodes in one go. Spazzing all the way. XD
OMG!!! *spazzes in happiness!!!* Was it just me or did it feel like they kind of 'went back to their roots'? XD They looked so adorable, hot and happy(!!!) on stage! Yesung's and Sungmin's kiss to the audience.... *swoons & grins* I can so watch this over and over again!!! XDDD
And the backstage clip!!! *flails* Guys over the age of 20 should not be allowed to be so cute!!! Couldn't stop giggling at Sungmin. To adorable for his own good. Yes my bias is clearly showing. XDD
