Dude, I knew which song it was once I heard the opening chord. My brain went "NO WAY, YES WAY, OMG OMG OMG IS IT-" and then I heard Ray Davies's voice and went "OMFG!!"

I have to rewatch the opening scene, actually. I was too busy bouncing and singing along to completely pay attention. I know Dean was driving a car that looked like a Prius (those things look like damn spaceships inside!), and that he was yammering on about spreadsheets, but that was about all I caught. O_O
This, by FAR, was my favorite music selection that the show has EVER made. I am a Kinks fanatic. I track down their shit on vinyl, as well as the original UK album releases rather than the re-ordered, re-named US releases.
Gods wasn't it so damn awesome just having a sequence set to music?! REAL MUSIC! OMG! I can't believe I'd almost forgotten how much I adored the music on Show!
The use of this song in that scene practically gave me seizures. I had to rewatch the scene later because I pretty much missed half of it from singing and bouncing on my couch.
