My story is about the early days or origins of R2D2. Where did he come from? who built him? My story starts with R2 in great peril, he's about to be destroyed and it looks like no way out for our hero. While he's in this predicament, his life story flashes in front of him (and our movie screens). Artoo's story starts with him being turned on. We see from his perspective the one who activated him, it's Yoda, but a young, very young Yoda, who is a padawan. And the story goes on their adventures together up until the present, where Artoo figures out a way to save himself and the rest of the Jedi who are about to perish. THE END... or is it?
Tonight (its still tonight until I go to bed) I worked until midnight at the post office. April 30 is tax day in Canada so I was making sure people's taxes were being post marked. Anyways, at the end of the day, the lights were turned off so I was closing in the dark, after a few minutes they were turned back on for the floor cleaners. After I had done all my closing I go to the front of the store to give my deposit to put in the safe... I discover the other people had forgotten me and already left! I scared the boss when I peeked into his office asking where everyone was. It's a good thing it was Friday night and the floor cleaners were there otherwise I would have been left all alone and forgotten. *sniffles*
This morning I had a revelation, an AHA! moment. I was watching The Magic School Bus, and when Ms Frizzle pulled out a giant light bulb from her pocket, I said,"Her pockets are bigger on the inside just like a Time Lord!" Then it hit me. She's a Time Lady and the Magic School Bus is her TARDIS. Now it all makes sense to me.

I'm so happy with my second (actually third) hand bread maker. So far I've made cinnamon raisin bread, cheese bread, regular white bread. Tried to make chocolate bread last week but didn't turn out, it must have been the yeast. Well, today I made cinnamon rolls. YUM! They were soooooo good. Didn't look the best, but my family said it didn't matter as long as they tasted good. They are right, there's nothing like fresh cinnamon rolls right out of the oven. I wish there was some way I could make and send them out to all of my livejournal friends. :(

Last week I was a recipient of a hand me down bread maker. So, Sarah (my cake making/decorating buddy) and I decided to make raisin cinnamon bread. The ingredients are in it right now,all have to do is wait for it to do it's magic. :)
I wouldn't take any money I would do it for FREE! I would love to be on Amazing Race. See the world and do cool stunts. I would also love to be the Mole if they ever did another Mole.
Got a call... the Airplane Pull has been cancelled due to rain. I've been looking forward to this for a couple of years. Four years ago a co-worker got me hooked. Once a year you collect money for the charity and you and a group pull a plane. A 737 I believe, it's a big plane not some prop job. This was to be the last one, and now it's been cancelled. Sigh.
