my honest-to-goodness moderator duty... i'm not cranky or anything. LOL.

So, I haven't been creating icons lately. Reason? Gilmore Girls Seasons 1-6 DVD Marathon. Surprise. Surprise! (Exaggerate the last one and you've got yourself a clear picture of how...Nevermind. I'm obviously babbling. Like an idiot, mind you. But I guess you already got the message. Which is...OOoookaay..Serious babble going on here. Ha ha...I wasn't smiling when I said that.)

Anyway, I just wanted to update. Since I obviously don't have my icons to share with ya'll (Goodness! Who says "ya'll"?! And did I just type "goodness" into the mix? What's wrong with me today?!), I decided to announce to everyone (Everyone, meaning me, myself, and I) that I'm the latest moderator of this really cool icon community,iconstothemaxx. I think it's still in the process of gaining more members and all, but anyway, it's still icontastic! (Ugh. I feel sick with my own dweebness.)

So if I were ya'll (Strike two there), I would click that link, the one with the underline, so that ya'll (Strike three! That's it, dweeb, you're OUT!) won't confuse it with another un-underlined word, and join the said community. 

Well, so much for moderator duties... I should really get back on the DVD marathon. This whole post is, like, the number one proof of my dweebness, which isn't that nice to have, really. Oh my Go Go Dancer, I'm doin' it again! Argh!

lo and behold, the icon noob!

*sigh* I've always been a huge collector of icons (here in livejournal, of course), but I never imagined trying to create one! So here I am, playing with Photoshop, desperately wanting to make something as beautiful as the icons I collect, and so far, they're pretty decent. Here's my first batch. You be the judge.
