**PLEASE SHARE WITH EVERYONE YOU KNOW**
This morning I was nearly a victim of scam; let me explain:
I got a call telling me I was hacked & needed to get into my account, on my computer; he asked me if I had a cell phone, then called me on my cell; he then told me to get on my computer, only to take completely over it, adding a program I didn't know about; then went to Apple & asked me to put my Apple info in; after he got in & checked things over, he asked me if I had a bank account; BEWARE OF THIS NEXT PART
He asked me to put my bank info in & added lots of $$ into my checking; he then told me to got to my local Walgreen, pick $500.00 worth of Google Play cards, then give the $$ back to him; he then asked me for a security # our router, & before I could give it to him, thank goodness, my dad came in & asked me who I was talking to; when I told him, my dad told me to hang up, because he did the same thing to my mom. Afterwards, I went back on my laptop to check & see if the $$ that was suppose to be in my accounts were still the same & they were.
When this happened to my mom, red flags hit her & she went to the bank & was told this is a scam; so when the guy, this morning added $$ into my account, the same bank that my parents belong to, as well as I, caught it & took it out, before I checked on it; so if you get a call, asking you to get on your computer, because you've been hacked, HANG UP...IT'S A SCAM!!!!
