Valley of the Dolls Community

I'm new but introductory posts are kind of boring so I'll just start by asking a question; Has anyone read Shadow of the Dolls? Is it any good? I won't waste my time if it's completely out of tune with VOTD. 

I've been looking around but I haven't been able to find a website were I can watch the movie. I looked on www.movieforumz.com but alas nothing but comparisons to party monster! Any help?

I found this photo that i had never seen before. it's of Jackie Susann and Patty Duke and Lee grant from Valley Of The dolls. it looks like it was from the Jennifer suicide scene..that Motel Sign looks like it anyways. i thought a few would like to see this too. here it is...

Others found her offensive but I found her adorable. And she truely did live a life in the Valley of the Dolls, and it destroyed her.

 I just recently finished reading Valley of The Dolls for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I finished it in three days. I couldn't put it down! Jaqueline Susann is an amazing writer. I'm interested in seeing the movie...this may seem like a silly question...but does Blockbuster carry it, or will I have to hunt it down?

so any thoughts on the dvd?? i love it! i think they did the best job ever! it really looks and sounds good. so maybe extras to count! love the new special they made for the dvd. also the movie looks so fresh and better then i have ever seen it!!! sharon tate is soooo beautiful!

Hi....does anyone know where i can find any wav files from valley of the dolls? you know, some lines from the movie. i am looking to make a cd and in between songs i want to add a line or two from Neely, jenn and ann. "you know how bitchy fags can be" stuff like that. any help???
