Meet the Task Forces
The Utrecht Network has four Task Forces, focused on advancing key goals that benefit the Network as a whole. Established by the Annual General Meeting, these groups work collaboratively under the leadership of an appointed Chair, who ensures regular meetings and guides the group’s responsibilities.
Task Forces are established by a vote of the Annual General Meeting. Each Task Force appoints a Chair who is responsible for ensuring that the Task Force meets at regular intervals and determines the responsibilities of the Task Force members.
Each Task Force develops an annual workplan and reports its progress to the Annual General Meeting. Close coordination with the Steering Committee is maintained through an annual joint meeting, aligning Task Force activities with the Network’s strategic priorities.
The links between the Steering Committee and Task Forces are strengthened by an annual Joint Meeting which is attended by Steering Committee members and Task Force Chairs. This ensures that the Task Forces and Steering Committee are working together to meet the Network’s strategic objectives.
Members interested in joining a Task Force should approach the Task Force Chair to establish if there are currently any vacancies.
