Well, I'm back from holiday. It has been very nice to spend some time with my family again, but I have been missing Hogwarts and my friends as well. I hope you're all having a good holidays, and I was very sad to hear about Luna and the attack.
One of the only things I dislike about this country is the way that you can be sitting in the sun one moment, and then the sky falls on your head. It does that in France, too, but not like this! I keep ruining my notes when I get caught in the rain. I hate being this busy.
The exam dreams are back. Last night, I thought that I woke up surrounded by strange people reeling off the dates for History of Magic exam. It was bizarre.
Still, we're already a fair way through them, and life is good. Anyone want to play Quidditch?
I woke up today and realised that exams start in a couple of weeks. Didn't really dawn on me before.
I don't think revision is good for my health, though. I looked at Herbology and dreamed of being buried alive. I looked at Potions and it was the same but with snakes added. I looked at Transfiguration and the snakes turned into stripy socks. Add Charms to that, and the socks started to try and strangle me. I'm currently too scared to look at Care of Magical Creatures.
I have a nasty feeling I'll be a nervous wreck before the month is over...
I just heard about Malfoy (isn't there a boy in our year called Malfoy?) escaping, and I was worried. Are you both alright? Please reply as soon as possible!
Er, hello. I'm Adam Duval, from Beauxbatons. I came here a bit late because my mum was ill, and since my dad is always so busy they needed me at house to look after her. She's OK now, though, so here I am.
