The ramblings of someone who has far better things to do than write an online journal.
Some facts about me:
I'm married & I'm a Dad.
I'm a Deputy Head in a secondary school. If you're under 18 be scared - very scared!
I'm from Northern Ireland. I'd like to say I'm Irish but in Northern Ireland thats a political statement. I don't do politics.
I'm a musician of eclectic taste and I play around with keyboards, computers, drums and all manner of wind instruments. If you ever catch me busking please throw money & I promise to stop.
I really like the gothic aesthetic. Art, literature, fashion & music. I'm uncomfortable with labels so if you call me a goth I'll have to kneecap you. I like to hang out at
intrusionuk where I get to dance really badly (but not as badly as 
hughmoon. he taught me all I know.)
I love fantasy fiction, especially Terry Pratchett. I really rate his creativity and imagination. Favourite character has got to be DEATH though something about Vimes really appeals to me. Maybe its being in schools so long and enjoying that kick arse feeling when you get to serve your own brand of justice.
I love old cars. I like the gamble of not knowing whether or not the car is going to get to its destination. I love paying tuppence happeny to service the car and nothing to tax it! At the moment I have a 1959 Morris Minor Traveller and a 1976 Triumph Spitfire.
Lets see - what else, I'm overweight but love good food. Love my kids to bits but don't spend enough time with them. I want to change the world but do bugger all about it. I want to stop swearing but I'm kucked if I can manage it. Life is full of hypocrisy but the true hypocrits are the ones who don't realise it and pretend they've got life, the world and the universe all sussed.

I reserve the right to change my mind about everything, anytime I choose and as frequently as I want.
