Eligibility & Fit

  • Consumer packaged goods (CPG) product companies
  • Based in the United States
  • Actively selling in at least one channel (DTC, retail, wholesale, etc.)
  • Generating at least $100K in revenue in the past 12 months
  • In business and selling products for at least 12 months
  • Able to participate August–October, including the two required 3-day in-person intensives in Washington, D.C. (August and October)
  • Currently compliant with required business licenses, permits, and tax filings

Yes. This program is for businesses based in the United States.
+Do I need to be compliant with licenses, permits, and taxes?
Yes. Your business must be compliant with the licenses, permits, and tax filings required to legally operate.
+Do I need to already be in retail?
No. Many companies are DTC or early wholesale. The program helps you determine the right channels for your business, not just push you into retail.

If you are pre-revenue or still validating your product, this program is not the right fit. USBC 360° is designed for businesses with traction—demonstrated by a minimum of $100K in annual revenue—that are preparing to scale.
+Can I participate if I have a full-time job?
Yes, but you will need to make time each week to fully engage. The program is most valuable for founders who can actively work on their business during the program.

Program Timing & Schedule
+When does the program take place?
The program runs from August through October 2026.
+What is the time commitment?
Participants should expect a consistent weekly commitment of up to 10 hours that includes:
  • Live virtual workshops
  • Office hours and mentorship sessions
  • Independent work on deliverables

There are also two required in-person intensives in Washington, D.C.

  • Kickoff Intensive: August 11–13
  • Culmination Intensive: October 27–29
+When are sessions typically held?
  • Live workshop sessions are held Tuesdays at 12pm Eastern / 9am Pacific.
  • Live office hours sessions will typically be held on Fridays at 12pm Eastern / 9am Pacific.
  • During the first two weeks of the program, sessions take place on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday to support onboarding and early foundation work.
  • During the final week of the program, sessions are also held on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday leading into the Culmination Event.
  • A detailed calendar will be shared with accepted participants in advance.

Application Process

  • Your goals for the program

Applications are reviewed based on:
  • Evidence of real demand

  • Fit with the program's focus

Some applicants may be invited to a short interview before final decisions.

Approximately 25 companies will be selected for each cohort.
Program Stipends
+How much does the program cost?
It is free to participate in the program.
+Are there stipends available?
Yes. We will provide selected participants with a travel stipend to cover travel costs for the two required in-person intensives in Washington, D.C.
Entrepreneur Prize & Capital Opportunities

Yes. USBC 360° includes access to entrepreneur prizes and growth capital opportunities designed to support companies as they execute on their growth plans.

The Entrepreneur Prize is a pool of non-dilutive funding awarded to a select group of companies in the cohort. These funds are intended to support key growth priorities identified during the program, such as inventory, operations, marketing, or channel expansion.

Total prize funding and individual award amounts will be shared prior to the start of the program. Awards may vary based on company needs, progress, and alignment with program goals.
