(no subject)
12:32am Sunday night (Mon morn).
I just posted two more items to the store! One blue/green frosted glass necklace/bracelet set, the other is a necklace (another dark purple!).
I'm in love with the necklace & bracelet set, but I didn't make it for myself, so I've never even been tempted to wear it, but it's so my style. Funny how that works. I'm actually excited for the person that does purchase it (keeping fingers crossed!) because it's so lovely.
I've been knitting and felting lately. Knit two scarves, not warm/winter ones, but decorative ones, the kind you wear to dress up a simple shirt, or top. I just want to add a small leaf bead to each and then I think I'm going to post them to the store.
Felting is a learning experience for sure. I purchased a nice foam pad, works tons better than my rocking chair cushion ;). I also purchased some new roving in such lovely colors I almost want to nibble on them. I also picked up a square felt pad. I think I'm going to felt a picture, like painting, but with roving. I'm excited to get started on it, but am trying to figure out what to do, or actually how large to start, cut smaller pieces to create small pictures or go all out!

2nd Listing
I uploaded 2 more necklaces yesterday; colorful one & 7 purple stones one. A handful of viewings.
I was up late last night making a hand/needle felted heart. I used about 4 different colors of roving. And only jabbed my fingers 3 times with the felting needle ;). It actually started out as a nest to go with a silly felted bird I made a few months ago, but this one just took on a life of it's own and before I knew it - it was definitely a heart! I'll post pictures later on!

I just came across this hand felting tutorial, the poster did a good job at showing the steps & she's right, the first part is the hardest because it doesn't seem like much is happening!

I've finally posted an item for sale on my Etsy Store! It's a pretty necklace, I hope know it will it goes to a great home. It wasn't too hard to post, I think I'll try to will post more pieces this weekend, but first I must take more pictures! I haven't figured it all out yet, so some things might look funny, but so far it seems good.
