California Cornhole Champs by Hop Butcher For The World

Mike Santangelo is drinking a California Cornhole Champs by Hop Butcher For The World at Bitter Pops

Always a full four-pack HB classic. Pungent and green with a Monkish-like throat burn / harshness. Fresh gooseberries, Sauvignon Blanc grapes, and a lush, tropical base of Mosaic’s mango and blueberry diesel goodness shine

Subliminal Haze by Magnanimous Brewing

Mike Santangelo is drinking a Subliminal Haze by Magnanimous Brewing at Bitter Pops

Nice intro to Magnanimous. Citra, Mosaic, and Pacific Sunrise portend notes of ripe mango, muddled blueberry, and fresh squeezed OJ. A bit too thin to warrant a higher rating, but I’d be willing to try others for sure

Mind Your Unwind by Toppling Goliath Brewing Co.

Mike Santangelo is drinking a Mind Your Unwind by Toppling Goliath Brewing Co. at Untappd at Home

Sharp and astringent, with Toppling Goliath’s distinctive earthy back end bitterness and little of the mellow fruitiness that often defines this style. Nelson, Simcoe, and Krush bring notes of crisp white grape, tangerine, and apricot

Campanula by Trillium Brewing Company

Mike Santangelo is drinking a Campanula by Trillium Brewing Company at Untappd at Home

Very nice Citra / Nelson collab. Floral aromas of pineapple and mango. Flavors of guava, gooseberry, and peachy stone fruit, with an immaculate, prickly body and none of Nelson’s unsavory white wine qualities

Double Dry Hopped The Fens by Trillium Brewing Company

Mike Santangelo is drinking a Double Dry Hopped The Fens by Trillium Brewing Company at Untappd at Home

Enjoyed this much more than I did on draft at the source 3 years ago. Flavors abound of ripe mangoes, prickly stone fruit, pineapple, and subtle pine, with plenty of brightness to spare. More carbonation and bitterness would help
