Cocoa and espresso, light smoke, just the right body. Even paired with the most mediocre BBQ I’ve had in a while, this is still 🔥🔥🔥

After all the saison today, this is explosive. Orange marmalade, potpourri and florals, a nice level of stinky dankness, toast and bready malts. Properly bitter. Flowers for days.

Nose is coconut macaroon. Tons of toasted coconut ahead of milk chocolate, vanilla, caramel drizzle. Palate is booze dunked coconut prominently. Like so much coconut. Sweet chocolate and caramel behind that. The coconut offsets the sugar. 2oz is good.

Nose prominently features cinnamon and coffee up front, 80% cacao, spiritus bourbon vanilla and charred oak, dark cherry. Palate is booze dunked coffee beans and dark chocolate, smoky threads, cinnamon in moderation. Warm and pleasant ABV. Bitter close.
