Went to see the lads at Hiker but they weren't there. Caught up with a new friend and an old friend while I enjoyed a beer with my brother and my uncle who are here from interstate. This is a little sweeter for a 9% westy but its piney and pithy. Yum!

Beer and boardgames 19 Dec - 4 people. This was my pick of the night. It might have been the best black IPA I have ever had, but take that with a grain of salt because it's not my preferred style of beer. Passionfruit-esque tart notes like a good red!

Very thick, very rich, very dense. Lots of dried plums and muted syrup. A bit much for some but could sit on it for hours. Beer and Boardgames 22nd May. Trobils, Kites and Karmaka. Pork in the smoker, salads and chicken nibbles. 6 runners.
