I didn't even take a picture. Good Lord! Nice to finally try this brewery. It was cleaner than most brews on the haze chart with a very consistent colour, but it didn't knock my socks off.

A nice Canadian treat that was full of leather and pipe tobacco with a very nice kick from the chilis. If the cognac was a wee bit more subdued this would be near perfect
